Cancellation by baba and coco bakers

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.

Returns and Return Shipping

www.babaandcocobakers.com follows a transparent, no questions asked returns policy for all full-price products bought of the online store (you can return unused products you have ordered within 15 business days of the date of receipt. Return shipment fees will have to be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in a maximum of 15 days from the date on which returned goods are received. A refund cheque will be deposited in your bank account in case of Cash on Delivery orders. The cheque will be made in favor of the “Billing Name” you used when placing the order. In case of prepaid orders through Net Banking, Debit Card or Credit Card, the amount will be transferred back into the bank account from which it was paid.
